MEADOW CREEK HOA

Design Review 

All construction, reconstruction, exterior alterations (including exterior painting) remodeling, solar panels, landscaping, fences, walls, playground equipment or other improvements require the approval of the Meadow Creek Design Review Board (DRB).
 
Plans must be submitted by completing the attached form and returning it, along with the appropriate fee, if applicable, to Kathy Thorson at Legacy Properties before work on any project is started.

Application can be emailed to Kathy at kathy@bozemanlegacy.com, mailed or dropped off in person to: Legacy Properties, 288 West Haley Springs, Suite 2B, Bozeman, MT 59718

The Design Review Board consists of MCHOA owners (volunteers) and a paid consultant.

Commencement of any work without proper approval may result in a fine.
